Scope of work
- Rack & stack, server and appliance installation
- Switch, router, firewall and access-point install, swap and upgrade
- Structured cabling, patching, cable tracing and labelling
- Desktop and laptop deployment, imaging and IMAC (install / move / add / change)
- Printers, peripherals and meeting-room hardware
- Server parts replacement (drives, PSUs, memory, NICs)
- Data-centre remote hands: reboots, console access, cross-connect checks, hands and eyes
- Office moves and new-site setup
- Photo, serial-number and label documentation for remote engineers
- Break/fix and hardware troubleshooting

Coverage
Based in Dongjak-gu, Seoul. Seoul, Gyeonggi (Pangyo, Bundang, Suwon, Hwaseong, Pyeongtaek) and Incheon at standard rates plus travel. Busan, Daejeon, Daegu and other cities on a day-rate plus transport basis.
