Privacy notice

Kuro Tech (쿠로테크), a sole proprietorship registered in Korea (business registration 391-08-02929), 244-29 Sangdo-dong, Dongjak-gu, Seoul 06960. The representative, Usman Asim, is the privacy officer (개인정보 보호책임자). Contact: contact@kurotech.io, +82 10-3406-1900.

Quote form: name, company, email, phone, the service you are asking about, urgency, preferred dates, site location, your reference number, your message and the language you used. Only name, email, service and message are required.

Email, phone, WhatsApp or KakaoTalk: whatever you choose to send us, including attachments.

Website visits: we set no cookies and run no analytics. Our hosting and CDN provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, time) for security and troubleshooting.

We never ask for passwords, card numbers or government ID numbers through this site.

To answer your enquiry and prepare a quote (with your consent, given when you submit the form or contact us).

To schedule, deliver, report on and invoice work you order (performance of a contract).

To keep the records Korean tax and commercial law require us to keep (legal obligation).

We do not use your data for marketing, profiling or automated decisions, and we do not sell it.

Enquiries that do not lead to work: deleted 12 months after our last exchange.

Quotes, contracts, work orders, close-out reports and invoices: 5 years from the end of the engagement, as required by Korean tax law. Data is then deleted or anonymised.

Formspree, Inc. (United States): delivers quote-form submissions to our mailbox. Submissions are stored on Formspree servers in the United States, which is a transfer outside Korea.

Hostinger International Ltd (EU): website hosting, business email and CDN.

Meta Platforms (WhatsApp) or Kakao Corp., only if you choose to contact us through those apps, under their own privacy terms.

We do not share personal data with any other third party unless the law requires it. If a job needs your details to be passed to a site owner or data-centre operator for access, we will tell you first.

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, to restrict its use, or to withdraw consent at any time by emailing contact@kurotech.io. We reply within 10 days. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that already took place or records we must keep by law.

If you believe we have handled your data wrongly, you can also contact the Personal Information Infringement Report Center (privacy.kisa.or.kr, dial 118) or the Personal Information Protection Commission.

The site is served over HTTPS only. Enquiries are read only by the representative, on devices protected by passcodes and full-disk encryption. We keep as little as possible and delete on schedule.

If this notice changes, the new version is published here with a new effective date.
